Bella is a puppymill survivor. She spent her first 5 years of her life in a cage having puppies. She is just beginning to come out of being so afraid of everyone and everything. She is sweet and will need a patient hand until she knows she can trust you. Just look at her little smile already she knows she is being loved by her foster mom.
