Meet Molly's pup Amethyst.  She is one of our most precious pups!  Amethyst is only 4 weeks old in this picture.  She was taken with her 11 brothers and sisters, momma and a sister from a previous litter to the shelter when she was only one day old.  Rosas stepped in to take these little pups in the next day.  She has been in foster care all but two days of her little life.  Molly, the momma is a pure bred Australian Shepherd.  We believe there are two dads in this litter, a yellow lab and a border collie. Snowy (pictures to come), her sister from a previous litter bares much resemblance to Amethyst.  We believe, judging by Snowy's size and Molly's size, the pups will be no bigger than 40lbs.  Amethyst has been well socialized in her short life.  These pups will make excellent family dogs!!  We are asking that these pups all go to homes with fenced in yards (physical fence preferred over invisible).   
We will be allowing Amethyst to go to her new home at 8 weeks.  We want the pups to have good socialization with other dogs and develop good bite inhibition because of their herding roots.  We are excepting applications now for each pup.  They will come with their first set of puppy vaccinations, worming, and microchips.  For Northern Kentucky adopters, Spay/Neuter vouchers will be available for purchase in addition to the adoption fee. 
We are also taking $20.00 non refundable deposits for each pup.  If the pup is on "Pending" an application has been approved and a deposit has been made.  However we will be excepting back up applications on each pup.  We will have a visiting day prior to adoption for those approved applications with deposits to meet and play with their puppy.  If you have any questions, please fill out an application then contact Amanda at amandariddle@zoomtown.com.
