+++++UPDATE++++  Sandie, or PupPup as he is refered to by his foster home, is doing just great.  He is gaining confidence daily!  Sandie now knows sit, down, no, off crate up and probably a few other things.  He lost his puppy teeth this week so he may look a little funny, but it doesn't seem to bother him.  Sandie has met many new dogs this week and did well with that.  He was kind a courteous and a perfect gentleman.  He weighs in at  20lbs for his four month birthday.  Sandie will be about 45lbs full grown!   Sandie has an excellent recall outside and in.  He is learning everyday.  He has the consept of potty training down, but we just haven't finished completely!!  Another month or so and he should be housebroken!   If you would like to meet this little guy, let us know!

This is Sandie

He  is a sweet little guy that came to our rescue with his 5 brother's and sisters.  So far, Twiggles (sister) Sire (Brother) and Precious(Sister) have found homes, but Patches and Sandie are still waiting.  Sandie, is an outgoing pup with a ton of love to give.  He is looking for a family that will be patient with him. In his short lifetime, he hasn't been exposed to too much.  He got to be in the grass for the first time in our rescue.  Seems so silly but he loves it.  Sandie is a smart fellow.  he is paper trained and crate trained already.  He hasn't had an accident in his crate in over a week!!  He loves his crate but he also loves to be out and about with his family.  Sandie has been enjoying time with his foster parents. He loves to play tug and chew his bones as long as it is with his family.  Sandie's mom and dad were both avid ball players.  He would like to oppertunity to learn too I think!  Sandie likes to spend his down time, snoozing under the kitchen table or nice and safe cuddled in his crate.  He is a great little dog with a ton of love to give a new family.  Sandie is looking for a home that will be patient with introducing new things, a yard to play and romp in.  He would be happy with another dog to play with (or kitty, he doesn't mind them at all) or a family with kids.  He is working on manners, but knows the command, no and down and is working on leash walking and sit in his foster home.  He is a quick learner and have no doubts that he will have it down soon!!  If you would like to meet Sandie, please fill out an application at www.rosa.rescuegroups.org prior to submitting any questions.     He is microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and ready to find a new home.  Thanks for your interest in our dogs.
