9.30.12 UPDATE:  I am back with rosa's because I did not really like apartment living. the neighbors said I was barking when my family left, but I was really barking when I thought there were intruders and wanted to tell everyone. anyway, I really am a great beagle and would love to come to your home to live with you. hope to meet you soon.

 My foster mom says I am a very happy and playful boy. I can dance on my hind legs, sit patiently for a treat, give paw, and I love to go for walks. I eat 2/3 cup of salmon and rice dry food twice a day and love my treats. I get along well with other dogs, once I get to know them and we learn how to play and have fun.  

9.7.12 update:  I want to tell you that my foster mom thinks I am the greatest. I am housebroke, love to play, enjoy other dogs, listen most of the time when called to come in, can catch treats in my mouth and am just a fun guy.  I do whine sometimes when put in my crate but who said I was perfect?  maybe to you I will be perfect. hope you come to see me!  

Hello all you beagle loving friends. This is my story: I have spent the past 2 months at a shelter after wandering away from home and getting lost. I know that I have gained a little weight while at the shelter.  I didnt' get to exercise much because my kennel is inside. But today, when Rosa's rescue came and took me home, I ran and ran in the yard and was really happy. I already feel better. Just you wait and see, I will be in good shape before you know it. I went for a nice walk with my foster mom. I am so excited about being outside that I did pull a little. But I will learn quickly. Stay tuned for an update. I hope to meet you soon and become your new best friend!!!
